2 Tablespoons Myrtle Creek Cinnamon Apple Jelly
1 Tablespoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Four 6-inch flour tortillas, cut into ¼” wide strips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. In a large bowl, toss the tortilla strips with the Myrtle Creek Cinnamon Apple Jelly and the cinnamon-sugar mix.
Spread the strips on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet.
