6 Plum Tomatoes, chopped6 small croissants (2 per person)
3 large eggs
1 ½ cup milk
12 slices Canadian bacon
1 ½ Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
Whisk together eggs and milk. Prepare baking dish by spraying with Pam.
Slice croissants in half. Lightly dip bottom half of croissant in egg and milk mixture. Place in prepared pan.
Top with bacon, apple, and cheese. Lightly dip top half of croissant in egg and milk mixture and place on top. Secure with toothpicks.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
