Lavender Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick
8 oz. Sour Cream
2/3 cup Club Soda
1 Tbsp. Lavender Blossoms

Mix all ingredients into a ball. On a floured board, flatten down to ½” thick.

Cut rounds with a beverage glass in the shape of a biscuit. (Makes approximately 1 doz.) Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
