Lemon Dill Potato Salad

1-1/2 lbs.. multi-colored marble or small red potatoes, boiled and chopped.
3 Hard boiled eggs
½ cup diced red onion
⅓ cup diced celery
2 Tbs Earth & Vine Provisions Lemon Dill Mustard Spread & Dip (Available at Myrtle Creek Nursery).
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs sour cream


In a large bowl, add potatoes, eggs, onions and celery.

In a small bowl, whisk together Lemon Dill Mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream. Toss into potato salad and salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 6 to 8.
