Peaches & Cream

2 cups fresh sliced peaches
2 teaspoons almond flavored liqueur
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 egg yolk
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Divide peaches evenly into four ramekins or custard cups. Sprinkle with liqueur. 

Place ramekins on baking sheet.

Whip cream to soft mounds. Add egg yolk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue beating one minute. Spoon mix evenly over peaches.

Bake three minutes. Place under broiler about one minute (WATCH CAREFULLY) or until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
